The basis of our design principle at RLI Ltd is one of Relaxed Elegance, which is the melding of the chic with the practical for modern living.

Our aim is to create a bespoke home that is both comfortable yet delivers the unexpected. Whether it is a large-scale turnkey installation or a longer-term plan to develop the interiors on a room-to-room basis, attention to detail and client needs is our primary focus.

For clients who want to extend our design services to art selection and furnishings, RLI, Ltd. provides professional fine art and photography curatorial services and full interior accessories and furnishings.

	Rachel Laxer - founder RLI Ltd. Rachel was born and raised in New York and has travelled the world extensively, including living in Tokyo and Europe for a number of years – providing an international perspective for the interiors she creates. She currently divides her time between a New York home, and London - where she lives with her husband and two young daughters. Rachel is a qualified member of the BIID (British Institute of Interior Design) <http://www.biid.org.uk/member/rachel-laxer> . Prior to launching her career in London at Kelly Hoppen Interiors, she was a successful Emerging Markets trader and portfolio manager in the Hedge Fund industry for several large global funds. She has an undergraduate degree in Political Science and History from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance from New York University. rachel@rlaxerinteriors.com
	Alexa Salter Alexa was born in Vancouver, Canada. Through her family’s renowned interior architecture business, Richard Salter Interiors, she developed a curiosity for design at a young age. Alexa graduated with a degree in Political Science and History from McGill University in Montreal. Her interest in travel and design led her to London where she joined Kelly Hoppen Interiors and then went onto F3 Architects. Alexa’s tireless energy has enabled her to design and manage projects in the UK, Europe, and North America. While her global lifestyle influences her work, it is her keen sense of balancing the architectural and interior elements that contribute to the exquisite designs. alexa@rlaxerinteriors.com
	Charlotte Press Charlotte was born in Essex, England. In 2009, she graduated with a degree in Design Studies specialising in Design and Marketing from Southampton Solent University. Charlotte worked as a stylist for various television programs before focusing solely on Interior Design. She began her Interior Design career as a Design Assistant at F3 Architects, where her background in fashion and textiles contributed to her keen understanding of the latest trends. She has previously worked closely with other members of RLI Ltd on various Projects in London, Europe, and North America.
